In this study, we try to understAND the relationship the use AND role of “information technology” AND “NETWORKED COMMUNICATION” among students in Islamic Azad University of Arak, we use material from “theorical AND field studies” in terms of “Reference model for the implementation of NETWORKED COMMUNICATION (NC)”. Based on this, defined some factors in hypotheses: participants (demographic factors AND psychographic factors in use of IT), COMMUNICATIONAL CONTEXTS of organization (organizational support AND development of technology) AND finally information technology (qualitative AND quantitative factors). In order to support the main purpose of this paper “the role of IT in NETWORKED COMMUNICATION (NC)”.In order to fulfill the aims of the paper, with examining the Persian AND English texts, the questionnaire prepared AND consisted of 22 closed - ended questions. Reliability AND validity analyses were used to created scales for measuring use.Empirical data resulted in multiple regression with stepwise method show how “quantitative properties” (X4), “participant’s psychographic apprehension of IT” (X1) AND “COMMUNICATIONAL CONTEXTS of university” (X2) caused “NETWORKED COMMUNICATION” (Y) in Sig=0.000. But, “qualitative properties of IT” (X3) didn’t entered the regression model.

In this study, we try to understAND the most important factors in NETWORKED organizational COMMUNICATION among employee of central office of ELMI KARBORDI University. We use material from “ theoretical AND field studies” in terms of “ reference model for the implementation of NETWORKED COMMUNICATION” . Based on this, define some factors in hypotheses: participants (personal factors AND characteristics factors in NOC), COMMUNICATION CONTEXTS of organization (concept factors) AND finally information technology (qualitative factors). In order to support the main purpose of this paper “ NETWORKED organizational COMMUNICATION (NOC)” , this leads to the following hypotheses: H1: The relation between “ participants” , “ information technology” , “ COMMUNICATION CONTEXTS in organization” AND NOC. H2: The relation between characteristics factors of participants of IT AND NOC. H3: The relation between qualitative properties of IT AND NOC. H4: The relation between COMMUNICATION CONTEXTS in organization AND NOC. Empirical data resulted in correlation research method AND step by step regression AND structural equation mode with stepwise method show how “ participants, information technology AND COMMUNICATION CONTEXTS of organization” (X1), “ characteristics factors of participants” (X2), “ qualitative properties of IT” (X3) AND “ COMMUNICATION CONTEXTS in organization” (X4) caused “ NETWORKED organizational COMMUNICATION (Y)” . We conclude, today NETWORKED organizational COMMUNICATION is important that can shift the most cooperation of people in COMMUNICATION CONTEXTS in organization AND this argument evolve the new shape with development of information technologies. Thus, we should study the role of information technologies in network COMMUNICATION area with grANDiose AND forward thinking perspective AND establish basic AND fundamental structures for future until encourage cooperational interactions among people.

Along with different AND deep problems that the contemporary family has challenged in Iran, Internet penetration AND use of modern COMMUNICATION technologies in the family have made these problems AND challenges more complex AND obscure. The challenges which are to some extent rooted in the transformation of family relations in Iran. This research was conducted to study the relationship between the use of modern COMMUNICATION technologies AND family relations. The study population was Shiraz high school students from all 10 city regions. Using classified rANDom sampling method, 400 students were selected AND responded to the questionnaire. The theoretical framework of this study is a combination of the "NETWORKED family" AND the "family boundaries" theories. One of the innovations in this research is the use of two mediating variables called family time AND family network, which has been inspired by the theoretical framework. Generally, the results of this research indicate that there is no direct relationship between the type AND extent of the use of new technologies of COMMUNICATION with family relations, but this relationship is realized through the path of mediating variables, namely, the time of family AND family network. Finally, Family time AND family network variables have a positive effect on family relationships, with a beta of 0.473 AND 0.273, AND in general they are able to explain 30% of the family relationship variable.

Our analysis of Popper’s philosophy of science focuses on his concepts of tradition AND situational analysis. These concepts represent innovative Popperian contributions to a historical AND hermeneutical turn in philosophy of science that most of his critics, especially Kuhn, fail to recognize. According to his historical view, Popper conceives sciences as a complex of traditions in continuous transformation AND progress by means of rational discussion of theories. In order to grasp the rational progress of scientific traditions, Popper proposes an original method that he calls “situational analysis”. This hermeneutical method seeks to understAND the concepts, hypotheses, actions, practices, controversies AND products that scientists made to solve problems in their specific historical CONTEXTS to improve the truth content of theories. In addition to his historical AND hermeneutical turn, Popper also inquired about the social AND political conditions for the progress of scientific traditions by means of intersubjective criticism of theories AND conjectures. According to him, the rational discussion of ideas requires, as necessary conditions, plurality of ideas, intellectual humility, AND freedom of thought AND COMMUNICATION that can only exist in an open AND democratic society. With these considerations, we may say that in addition to a historical AND hermeneutical turn, Popper also contributed to a social AND political turn in the philosophy of science

The people's trust in the officials AND the government as well as the persuasion of the people by the officials have many social AND cultural supports. In the meantime, repairing the gaps created in the references AND sources of socialization, as well as everyone's sense of responsibility for the changes in the reference groups belonging to the new generation are considered important factors. These factors in the new social world are constantly influenced by new media AND social networks. In such a situation, the analysis of seditions AND socio-political unrest requires attention to complex AND multiple aspects AND layers. This article tries to root, identify AND interpret the cultural AND COMMUNICATION CONTEXTS of 1401 sedition using the PESTEL strategic analysis method. For this purpose, the main emphasis has been placed on the relationships between the concepts of socialization, reference groups (the role of celebrities) AND social networks. The findings of the research have been articulated in 11 axes AND the existing weaknesses AND shortcomings have been addressed along with the needs AND strengths. In presenting the solutions, attention has been paid to the issues of "cognitive warfare" AND "explanation jihad".

Human COMMUNICATIONs in the Quran take place in two effective CONTEXTS: personal AND situational. The level of effectives of these two CONTEXTS depends on the elements AND constituents of COMMUNICATION. Hence, in some COMMUNICATIONs it is the personal context that matters more while in others situational context has greater importance. Benefiting from situational AND personal CONTEXTS is aimed at forming a successful COMMUNICATION in which the message is conveyed accurately AND completely AND has the optimum effect on the receiver. Using the views of social psychologists in the field of COMMUNICATION, this paper investigates human characteristics AND situational factors that are effective in Quranic interpersonal COMMUNICATIONs.
